Can guests forward their invitation?
Personal links are single-use and tied to the invited guest. Forwarding one does not give another person their own access.
What happens when a link expires?
It stops working after the validity period you set. You can export a new link; doing so invalidates earlier links.
Can invited guests bring a plus-one?
Guests cannot add extra people to invite-only events. Group coordinators can register their own participants within the guest limit you set.
Can we keep the whole site private?
Yes. Limit the Hub to invited, signed-in users and turn off public registration.
