Can we manage several hotels for one event?
Yes. Add as many partner hotels as you need, each with its own room types, prices and nightly allocation.
Can we reuse our hotels across events?
Yes. Hotels and room types live in your hub's property library and can be added to any event.
Can group coordinators book from their own room block?
Yes. Allocate rooms to a coordinator; their group books from that allocation.
How do we know if we'll meet our hotel commitment?
Enter the cutoff date and committed share; reports show whether pickup is on pace and the expected shortfall.
Can we send the hotel a rooming list?
Yes. Export a rooming list per hotel to Excel or CSV. Cancelled stays are excluded.
Can guests pay for their room online?
